Where’s my order? If you don’t see your order (an email with your personal download link) in your inbox, please check your spam. Sometimes fun stuff gets sent to spam.

My order is not in my inbox or my spam - where is it? If you don’t see your order (an email with your personal download link) in your inbox or your spam, it means you incorrectly typed your email address into the order form. If you think this is the case, please contact me and I’ll check your order history and get you all squared away with a correct email address you'll provide me.

I contacted you and have not gotten a response - why won't you respond? If you did not get a response from me, it means you incorrectly entered your email address into the form and my reply to you bounced.

Do you sell printed patterns? At this time only PDF patterns are available - but hope to in the near future!

Do you wholesale? I currently do not wholesale (because I do not offer printed patterns, yet), but I do give discounts to LQS’s who want to use my patterns for classes. If you are an LQS, discounts are given to directly to the customer to purchase at my PDF shop for your class(es). For more info please contact me.

Do you sell your fabric from your collections? I do not, and I have no current collections, but, if you search in etsy or google my name (Monica Solorio-Snow) you can sometimes find some out of print goodies waiting to be bought by you.
